Magic : Foe or Victim of Human History ?

For a few days I have been watching a TV series of Supernatural, I kind of been thinking and also remembering a few medias that keeps mentioning about Magic. What is it actually ? What was their shared contribution in the past ? Why they vanished now ? Why human had them destroyed up to their very last descendant ?

I've been reading their article, especially from this Reliable Link and can't help to realize that, what if they still exist ? What if they are actually the key to saving the future of Earth ? Especially when Climate Change currently up and boost destroying many things on Earth right now ?

I don't know about this, people. But right now with non-existence on every magical creatures or magic itself, I could guarantee that our human history won't be last longer than another 5-10 years. I'm not scaring people here, I did some researches and it's not baseless ! I just want to say that, why human destroy everything that they couldn't understand in Science manner ? How rotten can we be ? Thinking like "no one should surpass human ability ?" who created such a rotten behavior anyway ?
