Log 28th February 2023. How exactly a Team working?

When talking about a team, we usually have a leader, vice leader, and a team of similar thoughts, right? But, what about a country? This actually should have bright rules about how exactly they work. I was talking about how exactly President and Vice President do their job in a team and their overall task.

I give you a simple example: President working for their people, right? He/she would do everything to work just like what they said during the campaign, right? So, what about the vice? The problem with the vice usually came from different political parties, right? So, how do they gonna work in the same thoughts? Frankly, I don't get it. But if it has to be that way. 

The rules of leadership should be clear between them from their senators. I mean, the leader should give respect to their different ideas, but in return, the vice will accept and respect and try his/her best to adopt the thought. But, is this easy to be done? I don't think so. Need a country with really open-minded parties that could achieve this stage.

What I'm saying about all this is, when it comes to a Team, the Leader has to take responsibility for his/her vice's wrongdoings, and in return, the Vice has to do their best not to bring shame to the Team. So this kind of contradicts their mind though, how are they (the Vice) gonna protect the honor of a team of their opposite party? The answer is probably only one: you guys living for the sake of the same country, right? How about you (the vice) doing this for the country instead of thinking of protecting your party? Which, in my opinion, is very egocentric and selfish.
