Log 24th December 2021 Physics and Psychology. What's the curse in between?

I've been studying for the past few days that, do you know that there's something in humans that couldn't move along together when they run in full scale? There are so many in the human brain that represents each person's Trait. But what's the most dominant is? Emotion, Empathy, and Intelligence. Some of you may ask, "how is intelligence be one of the traits" well, here's the thing:

Do you know that most humans on Earth only use 10% of their brain's function? So, why are there people that are considered smart and stupid? Let say every people on Earth thinking the same way as in 10% power, shouldn't be there is none that smart one? So, I think not everyone on Earth uses their brain at their usual standard (10%), some higher some lower. 

This equation also implied to empath and emotion level, why some people are bad and some are good? Why do some people save people and some are killing people? So I think empathy and emotion were linked to each other. But what all these have anything to do with intelligence?

Maybe the equation will be like:

Empathy x Emotion

-------------------------------

       Intelligence

So, in other words, you can't make a super-intelligent person, I mean 100% brain function used, to save people. Look, I know maybe some of you may start accusing Bill Gates or Elon Musk, no no no, I wasn't talking about them. I'm talking about what if, some people use the same capacity of their brain with, maybe, traumatic past that made them lose their empathy, to create disasters that what we're experiencing these past 2 years? What if they are backed by some mobs and elites to cover their experiments? I wasn't just talking about Climate Change, I'm also talking about the pandemic?

Because you know what, I think, a real genius, prodigy scientist of this age, they may lose their wits and start doing crazy things, y'know? Doesn't matter whether they're smart or they're talented (less academically smart). The question here is: how do we find them to prevent even more "events" to happen? How do we contain them even we found them?
