Relaxing and Tips of Life : How to rebuild a Dead City/Country?

Alright, it's been a while I absent from Tips post. And here I come up with, somewhat not so relaxing but necessary for current world's leaders but...it's not like they're listening any of my posts anyway.

You may remember Wu Han, right? Yeah, pretty sure everybody knows about this city, the first-ever city destroyed by the pandemic situation. And now it's pretty stable from the virus due to the "reliable" government. Now I don't want to really discuss how they go right now. I want to give this tip, maybe only those countries who are on the verge of "incapable" to rebuild their city/country.

First thing first, when you see this image of a city, what do you think?

"Oh f*ck" "Oh crap" "Abandoned City?" "No way I live there", yeah, yeah, I already know, well guess what, that city might be yours if you don't know and don't cooperate with the right government. I said "right government", do not follow the government that only asks you to blame people for their own mistakes. Even as an individual person, you shouldn't blame people if the mistake was initiated for an organization or a team.

Now, what should you do to fix this kind of city? 

You know, apart from "money", what is needed to rebuild society? Connection, right? So, why don't the government, assign a civil organization, paid the government, to rebuild compactedly? What I mean here is, set all the civil organizations to help people in need, without care of money, and let that organization help recruit more people to work for them and rebuild the city in a group manner?

So those people who are currently unemployed able to stay alive by the support of the government. And those in need to rebuild their business to get help and able to pay the organization in a temporary salary. So that slowly, when the businesses are up, the government able to reconstruct their taxes after all of this Economic crisis is over?

Just so you know, I never said you have to rebuild your city/country alone, maybe affiliation is needed from your neighbors. Don't defense your Proud over more dead bodies, alright?

I don't want to be being fantastical here, but I do have this idea came from a certain Anime, who has a similar situation as we all have now. Although the situation kinda the opposite. They were able to do something, but taken by destiny and feel so hopeless without it. While we, able to do something but clueless how to reconstruct that destiny assigned to us (pandemic situation).

This post is short because I'm not sure it works for "certain countries" who think they're too clever to listen to the crap I said. While I never asked to be paid. Wish someone pay though, but uh....I love this world. I don't want it ended too soon that's all :)

P.S.: One more thing, at this time, the government should probably hire a lot of Missionaries to rebuild people's mind who has been shocked by this situation. I myself, am alright, because you know me, learning from "everything" :)
