Project Singular Autonomy - Empower the Differences, Exile the Negatives

Alright so, what is this project all about ? It's a future Government System, has a few similar factors to current Belt and Road Initiative but a little bit further than that.

This project makes an enormous benefits to many "countries" that wanted to be involved in it. We're talking about hundreds of countries combined into one Council Government System. Many of you might question, "How is that even possible ?" This, of course needs a few "force & vote" system inside. Vote here, meaning any rules made by highest vote of the World, yes World, meaning, if you wanted to win a Rule, you need at least having a voice of 25% of World's people. Let say around 1,75 billion out of 7 billion world people. Which is possible because we need current World "leaders" to run them. I never say this system works in instant, no, but I believe in 5 years, it'll be working. Whenever new rule decided, it will run throughout the involved countries, or should I say Involved Autonomous Areas. 

You also probably start to question, "What is the meaning of 'Force' inside it ?" Meaning, any organizations or separatism of the countries might exiled in a faraway island, if those countries really want to join this Project. It's not as inhumane as you may all though. It's just simply an island, filled with people, who doesn't want to get in Peace and undeveloped minds. No aerial vehicles allowed to be fly in and out of this island and no sea vessel contain up to 1000 people allowed to come in this island. But then again, who's gonna control them ? Nobody, they will be imprisoned on this island. This island however must be at least 150 thousand kilometer from anywhere. Any criminals and mobs mastermind would dumped into this island and send by Special Tank-like Sea or Aerial vessels. This island also never get any privilege help from any involved countries.

So, how exactly the "approved" people lives in their own Areas ? They will get any privilege helps, and they will follow the main rules run by voted. And every countries involved in this project would develop in a same time and manner. This project will leads by councils of leaders of every countries, Leaders in Government. Not leaders by Kingdom. And maybe some of you also have some thoughts, who's gonna lead the "helps". Answer is simple, any mighty developed countries would have privilege to help the poor one. And finance would be combined equally to all developed countries to help the poor countries. The market of the world would be all involved countries people. Any employment system would be spread equally to any involved countries, which means, Visa is no longer needed to come and go to any involved countries. Any worst record of job seeker however, would be decided by council judges, if it turns out too bad (stealing company money or runaway from job without announce) would be simply send to the "disapproved Island".

Will the "disapproved people" have a chance to return to their countries ? Yes, but with highly security procedure. What was that procedures ? More than one of course, but Army Training for 3 months might be one of it.

You know, this is just one of the possibilities system in the future. No need to feel tension into it. And don't worry for those who still hold beliefs (a.k.a Religion) to all involved countries. This system won't destroy anything owned by religion including Statues, Temples, Mosque, and anything regarding your own religion. BUT !! Do not ever, ever, ever involve Politics or Rebel-alike organization made into it. Any Organization called of to make has to be judged by the council and voted by world people. Inefficient ? Yes, that's the purpose. The complex they are to make, the higher value they know the rules of the Project.

Any further details about this project, that depends on any country who wants to hire me. But if they just run this project blindly without my thoughts, do as you wish, and don't ask for my advice if the project becoming catastrophe.
