Artificial Intelligence, What Needs to be Done before officially Launch ?

Talking about AI, we always consider them related to Robotics. But that's not all. AI is the brain, not just for robots but also for other Electronic-Wireless-related. So far we know that Smart devices already have a few advantages to be connected one another, but they all connected by one, WiFi. So apparently, people or places that without wifi, could only connect and control them manually, the devices I mean.

So, talking about current AI, actually all of those are nothing without Network. So what actually they're lacking now ? That's right. Pattern Recognizing Visual Tech, or simply put, the Eye or Censor of the devices themselves. So far right now, we just knew that they behave greatly because the machine recognize things through voice or network. But that is actually still so far from final product. The actual AI, works through Sense, in human body is like, the main 5 senses. Let say for example, AI should know how's the health of one human, not from Network or Voice, but from Touch and Thermal Censors. They never put anything aren't they in their visual censor, or in Robot terms, Eyes. Yes, I know currently maybe they could take a picture. But what if I actually could say, you could put Heat Censor in them.

Above all those, I never said that Networking isn't useful. It is useful, but if possible for a real online purposes, such as payments, orders, anything that beyond environment reach. Anything that requires some distances to done it (by miles of course, not just a few meter). 

And then, for other matter is, Mouth movement. Current robots, none of them knows the essential of Robot to be called Alive, is to make sure, their mouth move exactly what words they've been saying. Let say when they say "Welcome", instead of the movement shows "e...e..." but they could move their mouth by saying "e...a...m" and as far as I observed, none Robots could do it. What they keep planting was just a voice hover around open mouth without Spine.

What else the essentials of AI to be alive ? The Ministry of Safe Precaution and Applicability of User. It means, there's a department in the government taking care of people who abuse or incapable to take care of their Robots. This incapability, didn't mean that they don't have money to repair or refill the robot's power. No. This incapability is for those only knows how to buy, but don't know how to take care of it. I give you one case example. For example a rich guy, bought a Maid Robot. He knows how to buy them, knows what to give for their clothing or other appearance related. But he put them in a Dog house or any rest area that unsuitable for the robot he bought. And that's wrong. Of course, the Ministry doesn't only monitor the law, they also could teach new user to take care of their "belonging" in a basic moral manner.

After these two above's done. Now for the Apps for the Robot's AI to jump in. Make various of programs designed well to carry on their Owner's taste. The more mentally-related, the better. 

Above all that. To what end actually these robot made ? Who knows, maybe even Artificial Womb can be planted in the far future. But that's of course, after the Behavior and Character Creation Genes Technology created. If they plant the womb before the tech made. I can't imagine the catastrophe they made for human's side.
